Welcome to Summer's Online Astronomy Journal.
Hello! My name is Summer! This is my Astronomy Journal
and I love astronomy! Please take a look!
My name is Summer, I am 11 years old, and I love Astronomy! I would love to work with N.A.S.A when I grow up, or I would love to be an astronomer! I know lots about the universe, in fact I keep a full journal about it! Every page of my astrology journal is FILLED, and there is no room to right anymore, so I made an account for M.O.A.J. so I could keep up with the stars! Anyway, some basic things about me are: My favorite color is Night Sky Blue, my favorite food is pizza, my favorite show is The Universe, (on The History Channel) and my favorite books are the Percy Jackson Series (Author: Rick Riordan) and I am currently reading the Heroes of Olympus Series (Author: Rick Riordan) and am planning to read the Kane Chronicles (Author:Rick Riordan). So as you can probably tell I LOVE reading! And you can also tell that Rick Riordan is my favorite author. My favorite band is One Direction, and my favorite member of that band is Harry Styles! My favorite song by One Direction is What Makes You Beautiful, and my second favorite song by One Direction is One Thing, and Gotta be you. y favorite song that is not by One Direction is Good feeling by Flo-Rida. My favorite type of Music is Pop, Country, and Rap. I am good with computers and technology, and if i cannot be an astronomer when I grow up I would like to be an actress! I am involved in my local choir, drama club, zumba, and cadets! Well I think thats about it!
I love computers, music, books, and astronomy.
Favorite Sky Object
My favorite sky object would have to be Kepler22-b. I find it so fascinating because there may be life on it! It is over 600 LY (Light Years) away, but it is still amazing! Another sky object that turns me on is in our own solar system: Saturn!
Experience: 1-2 Years
Astrophotography: No, I do not take pictures through my telescope
Where I live
Comments about where I live
Where I love is very foggy, and I don't have a telescope.
So I have to observe the stars from my bedroom window and I also am able to tell apart each star, I have memorized star charts for this time if year. It is also very cold where I live.
