Finally got a clear night with low humidity when I could get out and give my CGEM and 9.25" EdgeHD a real test after getting it hypertuned earlier this year. I tried shooting the Pelican Nebula first and tracking and guiding were superb. But the sky wasn't dark enough yet when I took the exposures so the results were good but not what I wanted.
Next I focused on the North American Nebula, probably my favorite summer sky nebula and did 10 exposures 90 seconds each. This was about 11:30pm and the sky was pretty dark by now. Guiding using PHD and acquisition with BYEOS were the best I have ever had. I just processed the results in Photoshop and thought I would share it. It is another pic I am really happy with.
